If you have not purchased your item through the above site, then you are not eligible for a refund. Consumables may be eligible for a refund ONLY if they are out of date or spoiled. If 7 Business days have passed since you received your package, you are not eligible for a refund.

Reasons We Denied a Refund

You received the item, and it is in good working order and as described.

You purchased consumables and did not provide adequate proof of spoilage or expiration.

You contacted us within the 7 Business day period, but did not respond within 7 Business days from our response.

You responded with abusive language or unreasonable requests.

How we issue Refunds

Refunds are available to the method of your choice! Store credit, original payment method, or prepaid card are your options. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process a refund. Store Credit is available within 1 business day.

What is Store Credit, and what can I use it for?

Store credits are cash value you can use ONLY in our online shop. Store Credit is redeemable for any item in our store! Since shipping is included always, you do not have to worry about exclusions! Yay! Taxes may not be covered, please always plan to pay your tax.
